Recvr.app (“Recvr”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Conscious Commerce Limited (Company No. 16063589), registered at 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, United Kingdom, W1W 7LT. By installing and using Recvr through the Shopify App Store, you (“Merchant”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use Recvr.

Use of the Service

Recvr is a Shopify app designed to optimise checkout flows, recover lost revenue, and improve conversion. You may only use Recvr for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Recvr complies with applicable laws, including data protection and consumer protection requirements in the markets where you operate.

Shopify Relationship

Recvr is available exclusively via the Shopify App Store and requires you to maintain an active Shopify store. These Terms are in addition to Shopify’s Terms of Service and App Store requirements, which you must also comply with.

Accounts and Access

To use Recvr, you must grant the app permission to access your Shopify store data as required for its functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that take place under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Fees for Recvr are charged through Shopify’s billing system. By installing Recvr, you authorise Shopify to charge you on our behalf. Subscription fees are billed in arrears and are non-refundable unless required by law. If you uninstall Recvr, subscription billing will stop, but you remain responsible for any outstanding charges incurred before uninstallation.

Data and Privacy

By using Recvr, you permit us to process certain store and order data as described in our Privacy Policy. We act as a data processor with respect to your customer data, and you remain the data controller. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary consents from your customers for Recvr’s processing of their data.

Support

We provide technical support via email at support@recvr.app. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis during normal business hours in the UK.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Recvr available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended or limited from time to time for maintenance, updates, or security purposes.

Intellectual Property

Recvr, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Conscious Commerce Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Recvr or the right to copy, modify, resell, or distribute it beyond what is necessary to use the app in your Shopify store.

Termination

You may terminate use of Recvr at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or create security or legal risks.

Limitation of Liability

Recvr is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the total fees paid to us for Recvr in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Conscious Commerce Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Recvr, your store operations, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Recvr after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
